A note about long-term holds. - From a percentage standpoint, this space has very few long-term holds. By long-term holds, I mean year(s). These projects take time to see increased valuations; they generally don't move up 100s of percent in a month. The price action moves like TAO did early on. - They take more time because the tech is generally incredibly complex and misunderstood, and the average investor can't be bothered to read it. When only a few people understand a project and its implications for a sector, space, or product, only the highest-IQ minds generally discuss it. Look for these intelligent conversations on CT. They usually only get 2 to 20 likes. - Years ago, I was in a small alpha chat when TAO was trading at 10 dollars OTC, and members were disagreeing about the validity of Bittensor for one reason or another. The group was filled with astute investors and traders, but even still, half of the group thought TAO should go back to a dollar, and the other half were convinced 500 was coming. - A handful of projects currently in the building process are behaving the same way TAO did back then, and they have the same types of people who don't fully understand the project and its global impact/implications. These are generally the same people who doubt the project. They just don't get it and won't bother with it until PA shows up. 📽️ This video with Bezos is a good lesson related to long-term holds.
