Who were the earliest investors in Circle?
In October 2013, Circle announced the completion of a $9 million Series A funding round. The participating parties include:
Breyer Capital
Accel Partners
General Catalyst Partners
Please note the name Breyer Capital, whose investment in Circle began not only in Series A but also throughout:
In March 2014, Series B raised $17 million: Breyer Capital continued to lead the investment.
In April 2015, Breyer Capital participated in a $50 million Series C funding round.
With early entry and long-term holdings, Breyer Capital has achieved significant returns in Circle's growth, especially after Circle became the world's leading stablecoin platform (USDC issuer).
But in Breyer Capital's investment portfolio, cases like Circle are not the only ones, and they may not even be the most dazzling.
