Telegram's global app downloads rose one place in the first quarter of this year, ranking eighth

According to data disclosed by Telegram founder Pavel Durov on his personal channel, in the first quarter of 2025, Telegram's global app download ranking rose one place to eighth place, while Meta's app download rankings all fell, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
