In our video on October 1st, we mentioned that BTC needed to break through 79300 to potentially end the pullback. Yesterday, it rose to a high of 78878 before falling back. What's the outlook?
If BTC fails to break through 78878 or falls below 76326, it proves that it is still in a correction phase, and the 76326-78878 range was merely a rebound within that correction.
The support level below is referenced to Gann angle 2/1 (74500-75300). Finding the endpoint of the entire pullback from 87395 above this level indicates a strong pullback from 87395. After the pullback ends, a rise of the same magnitude as the 57800-87395 upward move is expected.
Even if it falls below Gann angle 2/1, as long as it finds support above 66600, the nature of the decline from 87395 as a pullback remains unchanged. A rebound above 2/1 after finding support, without further new lows, confirms the end of the correction. This indicates that BTC is undergoing a complex and deep correction, and a new round of upward movement is expected after the adjustment ends.
