The second week of the "Seven Sisters" (US stocks) has arrived! Microsoft's earnings report met expectations, with a focus on the growth rate of its Azure cloud business. More importantly, Microsoft expects Azure growth to reach 49%–50% next quarter. This indicates that demand for AI and cloud services remains strong. However, with increasing investment in AI infrastructure, the future market will not only focus on how much money Microsoft can make, but also on whether these investments can be consistently converted into profits. My view on Microsoft is that its fundamentals remain strong, but whether the stock price can continue to rise depends on whether subsequent earnings can meet market expectations. However, I remain bullish on Microsoft in the long term. 530-535: First buy point 515-525: Second buy point 500-515: Third buy point Google's earnings report at 4 AM The market fell rapidly after Google's earnings report was released. Google's revenue and earnings per share both fell short of expectations, and the cash flow pressure from AI worried the market. However, Google Cloud revenue was approximately $30.7 billion, a year-on-year increase of 103%, which was relatively strong. Now the market is not looking at who invests the most, but who can convert those investments into revenue, profit, and cash flow first. After the earnings report was released, Google fell nearly 10%. Google's biggest problem is quickly converting its previous investments in AI into profits to reduce cash flow pressure. As long as this can be resolved, it will still be a good stock. This decline also provided investors with low-priced shares. The market is approaching the lows of March this year. 285-258 presents excellent buying opportunities.
