Bitcoin mining company HIVE Digital Technologies announced that its subsidiary, BUZZ Alpha Cloud, has signed a fixed-rate credit agreement with institutional lenders for approximately $129 million, at an annual interest rate of 9.0%, with a three-year term and a loan-to-cost ratio of approximately 80%. This financing will be used to purchase an AI GPU cluster, including NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 systems, and related infrastructure to fulfill a three-year sovereign AI customer contract with Cohere.
