SpaceX and Tesla might actually merge. Musk confirmed that they’ve set up a special committee specifically to push this forward. Although he personally supports the merger of the two companies, it will require approval from around 50% of all Tesla shareholders to pass, which is quite a high threshold. If it succeeds, this will become a super company combining rockets, Starlink, cars, autonomous driving, AI, and robotics all in one.
