After a 5-month halt, the BNB treasury finally has one of its own in charge—BNC is about to make some moves. BNB Standard BNC officially appoints Alex Odagiu as CEO > He joined YZi Labs in 2021, was promoted to Investment Partner in 2025, and has been serving as BNC’s interim president and director since June this year. > First order of business: Announced that BNC will operate its own BNB Chain validator nodes. > Publicly declared plans to increase the BNB per share ratio. > The company currently holds about 515,000 BNB but hasn’t added to its position in 5 months. > New CEO’s performance metrics: growth in BNB per share, stock price performance relative to BNB, and operating income coverage—each accounting for one-third. Management only gets paid if BNC outperforms BNB! This marks the end of the power struggle. The internal conflicts and lawsuits over the past few months had kept this treasury company from buying more tokens. Now, with the board and CEO fully aligned under the YZi group, there are no more governance obstacles. Bought some $BNC in anticipation of good news: ① Resuming BNB purchases: No buys for 5 months—this is the most direct catalyst. ② Validator nodes: Similar to Tom Lee’s strategy, holding tokens should generate income to keep buying more. Compared to the SOL treasury, which was still adding to its position last week, BNC’s long pause makes it a hot market target. Once they resume buying, it could signal a sentiment shift.
