The last 48 hours have been very telling.
After US CPI inflation rose to 3.7% on Wednesday, the 10Y Note Yield surged to 5.33%.
~24 hours later, it was -30 basis points lower as the S&P 500 and technology stocks sold off.
Today, yields are back on the rise as equity markets recover.
The ONLY thing that has materially pushed yields lower over the last 2 months has been a downturn in stocks.
Will the Trump Administration soon be forced to pick between the equity and bond market?
