Semtech Corp. (SMTC) rises 4.4% after Northland Securities upgraded the company to outperform from market perform, a move that comes in the wake of its analyst day event, where it raised its third-quarter forecast. Omeros (OMER) is down 4.1% after the drug developer said an advisory committee of the European Medicines Agency issued a negative opinion on the company’s application for its narsoplimab therapy.
