On the 13th, the U.S. Treasury announced a fine of over $1.21 billion against Bank of America. The bank admitted to intentionally violating the Bank Secrecy Act by failing to report over $5 billion in suspicious transactions in a timely manner.
In response, Binance founder CZ posted: 'No one went to jail, no house arrest, no deferred prosecution agreements, not even charged. It's all in the past, let's move forward!'
