[QCP Group: BTC Holds $80,000 Support; A Break Above $87,000 Could Lead to a Test of $94,000] Odaily Planet Daily News - QCP Group stated in its latest market report that despite market disruptions caused by news such as the U.S. government moving a large amount of BTC and the Ledger hack, Bitcoin has maintained a range-bound trend. It has repeatedly failed to break through $87,000, but the $80,000 support remains relatively solid. If $87,000 is effectively breached, the next target could be $94,000. In the options market, Bitcoin's implied volatility remains high, and the premium for put options has narrowed, indicating that the market is more inclined to wait for a directional breakout rather than increasing defensive positions. Currently, call butterfly options expiring on October 30 with strike prices of $90,000, $95,000, and $100,000 have become the primary focus of month-end positions. Additionally, this week, U.S. CPI and PPI data, along with Federal Reserve Chair Warsh's speech at the IMF and World Bank Annual Meetings, will be key market focal points. The report noted that the market is currently pricing in approximately a 17% probability of a rate hike in October, and related macroeconomic data and policy signals could influence BTC's subsequent movements.
