Odaily Planet Daily reports that Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company and data center developer CleanSpark announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSDC Finance I, plans to privately issue senior secured notes due 2031 to raise $2.227 billion. The funds will primarily be used to complete the construction of the Sandersville data center in Texas, reimburse the company for part of the equity capital previously invested in the facility, and establish a debt repayment reserve. However, the issuance is still subject to market and other conditions, and there is currently no guarantee that it will be completed or what the final terms of issuance will be.
