[Musk's Companies Withdraw Antitrust Allegations Against Apple, Judge Demands Disclosure of Related Agreements]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on September 17, Musk's X and SpaceXAI voluntarily withdrew their antitrust allegations against Apple but continue to pursue OpenAI. In response to an emergency motion by OpenAI, U.S. federal judge Mark Pittman ordered the two companies to disclose any agreements reached with Apple regarding the withdrawal of the lawsuit and to respond by noon local time on September 17. The original lawsuit accused Apple and OpenAI of limiting exposure for competitive AI applications in the App Store through the integration of ChatGPT, with both parties denying the allegations.
