49-50: Senate blocked cryptocurrency legislation to establish a national framework to regulate digital assets. 60 votes were needed to advance to the Clarity Act. Senate Republicans Collins (ME), Hawley (MO) & Moran (KS) voted No with all Democrats. Senator Tillis (R-NC) changed his vote from yes to no before the vote was called and entered a motion to reconsider to allow for another vote to take place. Coons (D-DE) did not vote.
