Good Tuesday night, bros!
Today marks the 623rd day of my dollar-cost averaging journey using OKX, and yep, today's investment is done.
The night before the rate decision, let's take a quick look at the market:
BTC surged earlier today but then pulled back, dropping from above 78K back to around 77K, and later in the evening dipped to roughly 75K. In the short term, it's still following macro trends.
U.S. stocks remain weak, with rate expectations already priced in heavily. The indices don’t want to make any moves before the statement is released. Tomorrow night is the Fed decision.
623 days into DCA, the night before a rate decision is when it's easiest to mistake waiting for strategy.
Not buying tonight, waiting until tomorrow, deciding after the statement—sounds cautious, but in practice, it’s just handing over your rhythm to a press conference. If your plan is already set, what you’re supposed to buy today should still be bought. Results can wait, actions shouldn’t.
For DCA, I only use OKX.
