[EU Cyber Resilience Act Comes into Effect, Crypto Wallet Vulnerabilities Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours]
Odaily Planet Daily reports that the EU Cyber Resilience Act has officially come into effect. Providers of cryptocurrency software and hardware wallets are required to submit an initial alert within 24 hours upon discovering vulnerabilities actively exploited in their products or critical security flaws. A complete notification must be submitted within 72 hours. Manufacturers must provide a final report within 14 days after corrective or mitigation measures become available, while severe incidents must be reported within one month.
