Overall, the final phase of upward movement driven by leverage and FOMO is very hard to recover in the short term (A-kill). Those who got liquidated or suffered massive losses are unable to fight again, and the smart ones who made money during this phase definitely won’t pump the price to help spot holders or those who didn’t get liquidated break even. Ironically, this phase is exactly the one retail investors love chasing the most. So, that upward space is unlikely to recover in the short-to-medium term. Don’t expect a quick return to previous highs—most stocks that went through an A-kill need new, better performance expectations or fresh narratives to boost market sentiment before returning to previous highs.
