The Financial Services Commission plans to establish an AI-based virtual asset regulatory system to enable real-time market monitoring, second-level price manipulation analysis, and automatic identification of suspicious accounts. The Commission has cracked down on cases involving API key manipulation, project teams colluding to manipulate prices, and coordinated trading through overseas exchanges. It also plans to introduce mechanisms for freezing accounts with illegal proceeds and a whistleblower reward system in future legislation.
