There are two options: - If you’re aiming for a lower valuation, go for the 6-month lock-up, which corresponds to a $150M valuation. - If you don’t want to lock up, you can choose full unlock at TGE, which corresponds to a $200M valuation. Previously, they raised $16.25M across three rounds, with investors like World Liberty Financial, Amber, Animoca, and OKX Ventures—all top-tier institutions. The key point is that the private round valuation is roughly the same as this public offering. In other words, retail investors this time can get in at a price close to what institutions paid, which is pretty rare these days.
