Crisis PR | How does the project team respond to FUD across the entire network?I just saw a project party respond quickly to the scolding, obviously driven by emotions, and it is very likely to get darker and darker.
The whole network FUD is not scary, what's scary is that the project team loses its rhythm.
1/First judgment: Will FUD affect the highest priority?
The highest priority can be to go to the university, key financing, important cooperation, version launch, etc.
If it affects → immediately prioritize processing and pause all other actions if necessary.
If it does not affect → enter the stage of converting kinetic energy, use FUD as exposure and topic resources.
2/Reclassification: Causes of FUD
Surface issues: social media, activity mechanisms, attitudes towards the community, etc
Strategy: Manage expectations, release positive news, and create a reversal
Fundamental issues: rat traps, fund security, benefit distribution, project logic loopholes
Strategy:
(1) Cold treatment: Cut off emotional continuity and wait for attention to shift
(2) Amplify emotions: Proactively ignite, using washing/changing phones will reshape the market
3/Execution strategy
Control the pace: Don't be pushed by public opinion, any response must revolve around your goals and cards.
Keep a trump card: Whether it's major benefits, cooperation progress, or proof of funds, there must be capital to play at any time
4/Summary
Every project team will be FUD, and the key is not to avoid it, but to turn the crisis into an opportunity for chip allocation and narrative reshaping.
