Every year, life feels like it’s adding another spinning plate to keep from crashing. You’re trying to hit your health goals. Make it in crypto. Spend time with your parents. Catch up with friends. It’s a lot and can feel overwhelming trying to keep up with everything. What’s helped me is keeping things simple. I pick a few areas of my life that matter most, and I set one clear goal or habit for each. I think of these are my life North Stars. If I can achieve these behaviors consistently, then I'll be alright. Especially with time and compounding. Here are a few of mine: • Crypto – Increase the number of Bitcoin I own each year • Finance – Max out my retirement funds • Body – Work out three times a week • Relationships – Call my mom every Sunday • Mind – Read one book a month The hard part isn’t setting goals...it’s actually following through. Here’s how I make it happen: Every Friday, I plan out my week. I block time in my calendar for the important stuff. If I forget to call my mom, there's a calendar event and a pop up reminder on Sunday. We all have a habit of mindfucking ourselves and making things more complicated. You'll make more progress if you just keep things simple. To sum it up: 1. Figure out what's important 2. Figure out the 80/20 most important habit 3. Execute daily and weekly(Edgy - The DeFi Edge 🗡️)
