Option delivery data on June 27th139000 BTC options have expired, with a Put Call Ratio of 0.75, a maximum pain point of $102000, and a nominal value of $15 billion.
939000 ETH options have expired, with a Put Call Ratio of 0.52, a maximum pain point of $2200, and a nominal value of $2.29 billion.
Today is the mid year quarterly delivery, with over $17 billion in option deliveries, accounting for more than 30% of the current total holdings. Due to the expiration of a large number of options, there have been a lot of bulk call trades in the past two days, with $1.4 billion in public calls traded in the past 24 hours, almost all of which are transfers.
From the main option data, in terms of implied volatility, BTC's IV is still hovering at a low level, with a comprehensive IV below 35% in the short and medium term. ETH's IV has slightly fallen, but still remains high at nearly 65%. The recent 30% IV difference has lasted for several days, and there is ample room for cross currency strategy operations in terms of volatility.
