Health is wealth.
It makes no sense to track your expenses/income - but not apply to same vigour to your health.
My metrics are the best they've ever been right now, just with a few key changes:
• Last meal before 4pm (low RHR before bed is crucial to sleep well)
• Mediterranean diet (high protein, slight deficit)
• Mix of gym/tennis/boxing (instead of straight body building like I used to)
• More sunlight
Many positive knock on effects for the business - more energy, better decision making, composure).
If you're an entrepreneur/business owner - your body/mind IS your business (your output is directly correlated). Treat it as such.
