Recently, I have been writing a lot about leverage-related content, and actually, margin financing and securities lending is also part of leverage, so I plan to try using margin financing to increase some leverage myself. Of course, I am quite cautious, so I need to be careful with the underlying assets.

For the margin financing exchange, I am using @BITstocks_CN. The reason is simple: although almost all exchanges now comply with US stock regulations, the ones commonly used that can provide margin financing and accept stablecoins, I have only seen BIT so far, so I have no choice. (I heard that the securities lending feature will launch next Monday.)

Moreover, I originally have a dollar-cost averaging investment in US stocks, including $VOO, at BIT, so BIT has assets, and you can only apply for margin financing if you have assets.

Since I have $12,000 in assets, the margin financing limit is $4,000. If I continue to buy VOO with this money, it will also lower my cost.

Applying for margin financing is completely free, and margin financing within $20,000 is also interest-free. Actually, my personal suggestion is to first use the interest-free limit, as it is the best. Once exceeded, the annual interest rate is about 5%, which is somewhat high. Anyway, I personally plan to gradually exhaust the $20,000 benefits first.

If anyone is interested, you can register using this link, and currently, there are benefits for registration: https://bit.bshareweb.com/newRegister/cn?invite_code=C8TPR8

It must be said that BIT is currently following a true brokerage route, and the opening of margin financing and securities lending is the best proof of this.
