Many friends are very interested in intermittent fasting.
Let me talk about my own situation.
Firstly, I only eat dinner every day, and there are no food restrictions during this meal; I eat anything.
Basically, this is the only meal I can have each day, and I do not eat any snacks or anything else, very occasionally I will eat some fruit. I plan to slightly increase the proportion of fruit, but since there will be vegetables during meals, I feel it’s not a big issue.
I only drink cold beverages; I rarely drink plain water now, the main combination is ice + water + effervescent tablet, one tablet a day. I will also drink some ice + pure fruit juice, which is also why I eat less fruit, but I still drink relatively little water, with a daily intake of about 700ML.
I have liked drinking cold water since I was young; I feel uncomfortable if it’s not cold. I have quit all carbonated drinks, and I only drink them occasionally when going out.
I don’t drink alcohol much, about twice a week, averaging around 200ml each time.
This time, I stopped taking all supplements a month in advance for the health check, not even fish oil, just to see the true state of my body. I was a bit worried about my health, after all, I only sleep four to five hours a day, basically only sleeping at dawn and getting up at noon, but it turned out to be not bad.
I hardly exercise, so my LDL is a bit high, and I plan to increase some walking as exercise each week. I think the main reason I feel my body is in relatively good condition is because of the intermittent fasting with one meal a day.
