Today, our design team leader Vicky gave a 30-minute internal sharing session to everyone, explaining how they use AI (silicon-based life) as their “24-hour intern” to automate repetitive and tedious tasks, allowing carbon-based life to focus on core value tasks.
I learned a lot from listening and felt very proud of our team, and here I would like to share some insights:
✨ What is Vibe Coding?
Clearly express needs in natural language, and AI directly helps you create usable tools without writing code or performing complex operations.

🛠️ How the major AI tools are divided
- Claude: Handles complex logic, produces finer outputs (token cost is slightly higher)
- ChatGPT: Quickly produces drafts, organizes information, Q&A
- Stitch: Creates UI interfaces, prototype designs
- Google AI Studio: Directly generates shareable web pages, currently free
🎯 Three steps to find the tasks most worth automating
- Record the segments of your work that take up the most time
- Identify "zombie tasks" - tasks that require no thinking and are mechanically repetitive

- Think: If you could permanently delete one task, which would you choose
These are the tasks most worth delegating to AI.
(For example, tell ChatGPT/Claude “I want to create a brand compliance self-check tool, so when everyone receives third-party design drafts, they don't need to find the brand team for review, they can quickly check whether it complies with the specifications themselves. AI helps them organize clear requirement descriptions, and the team then imports the requirements into Stitch to generate the UI interface. Then let Claude/Google AI Studio code to create a website for external use.)
🚀 Several practical tools they have already created
- Multi-language advertising banner generator: 5 core sizes + automatic adaptation, just import translations to use
- Brand compliance self-check tool (internal testing): Drag images to automatically check logos, fonts, eliminating the need for repeated reviews
- In-site banner tool: Automatically names according to backend specifications, saving significant repetitive work
- Event map tool: Automatically generates points based on input locations
- Social media / PR template tool: Non-design roles can also edit images and change text themselves
- PPT multilingual tool: Upload → export translation → fill back, done with one click

🧠 The correct positioning of AI: not to replace, but to upgrade
What AI cannot do:
- Interpret the true thoughts of the boss, rather than just what the boss says (😆 sometimes the boss themselves do not even know what they want)
- Have coffee with the team and build trust
- Care about the final result and human feelings
What AI excels at:
Repetition, typesetting, copy-pasting, batch processing, mechanical labor
Treat AI as a 24-hour intern, so you can focus on innovation, creativity, decision-making, and communication—things that only “humans” can do well.
💡 My biggest takeaway after listening:
It’s not about how strong AI is, but rather that people who know how to use AI are truly liberating themselves.
I have said repeatedly that the future will definitely be about carbon-based life and silicon-based life working together; this trend is irreversible. You must embrace it, or you will be eliminated. And essentially, you are not being eliminated by the company, but by this era. So we advocate for everyone to use AI, and I believe that during this process, while those who do not use AI may be eliminated, on the other hand, those who do use AI, like the design team I presented today, will see their efficiency increase fivefold to tenfold.
Delegate redundancy to AI and keep the glory for yourself.
