I finished reading CZ's new book for the second time.

AI summarizes in 5 seconds.

After reading CZ's new book for the second time, I bought 100 BNB | What truly transcends cycles is not intelligence, but the operating system!

This morning, I finished reading the last piece about CZ's 72 principles;

I really like this as a conclusion, actually, I have been in the habit of doing this personally,

I will have my own column to record my principles, this principles database will be updated over time, whenever I have any long-term principles I wish to document, I will place them here;

The standard is, if this sentence is worth my long-term reflection and I am willing to leave it as guidance for my children, then I will write it in my principles database.

Continuing to talk about the final principles section in CZ's book:

The last 72 principles are definitely recommended for everyone to read; my biggest feeling is not "learning any management method," but seeing more clearly:

A person's true values are often not what they say they believe, but what they repeatedly choose under long-term pressure, temptation, conflict, failure, and high volatility environments.

These principles of CZ are evidently not thought of in an office, but more like they are carved out by reality after chaos, growth, crises, controversies, and countless decisions.

For example, my current understanding of risk, grasp of investment systems, and understanding of human nature, all come from facing various risks and problems over the past ten years, forming a system.

CZ appears to be the kind of super individual who places immense value on efficiency, output, boundaries, responsibility, and choices,

his 72 principles seem somewhat unromantic, even a bit cold; after reading them, I actually questioned whether they were necessary.

However, in a highly uncertain world, much of the so-called warmth, if lacking boundaries, will ultimately become consumption; many so-called opportunities, if lacking an exit mechanism, will ultimately become cages; many so-called collaborations, if responsibilities and rights are unclear, will most likely turn into mutual blame.

So I feel that if people haven’t experienced certain things, they might not understand the deep meaning behind them; I only selected the ten that were most helpful to me personally, I recommend everyone look at his 72 principles, and I recommend everyone also establish their own system and principles knowledge base.

1️⃣ Bring issues to the table; do not consume relationships behind the scenes.

Complaining behind someone's back only creates emotions; communicating face-to-face is the way to resolve issues.

2️⃣ Do not try to ignite a person without self-ignition ability.

Helping others is fine, but do not turn yourself into someone else's engine.

3️⃣ Leading by example is the most powerful expression.

In the end, people believe how you act, not what you say.

4️⃣ Look at people and outcomes in the long term, not their demeanor.

Being busy, expressing opinions, and qualifications are merely references; stable output is the truth.

5️⃣ Be cautious of complex collaborations.

Good collaborations should be simple, clear, and have an exit option.

6️⃣ Either push forward quickly or let go early.

The most expensive thing is not failure, but the long-term mental occupation of procrastination.

7️⃣ Do not easily lock yourself into the future.

Reject unnecessary exclusivity and retain your options.

8️⃣ Any collaboration or relationship must have an exit mechanism.

Opportunities without an exit right may turn into cages.

9️⃣ Saying "no" protects your life's bandwidth.

Those who cannot refuse will ultimately hand their life over to someone else's priorities.

🔟 Calmness is a lever.

In a world of high volatility, only emotionally stable people are qualified to talk about long-term compounding.

Here are a few previous reflections:

Book notes on "Binance Life" third piece | People change, relationships change, narratives change; only structures and interests reveal the truth at critical moments.

Reading CZ's "Binance Life" prison life pages made me, as someone who has gone through it, very silent!

https://x.com/Bitwux/status/2048327105235280083

Sequoia Capital and Binance acquisition piece: "It's hard for people to judge whether something is a 'bad thing', or whether fate is helping you maintain control."

https://x.com/Bitwux/status/2049325844611702886

A book seemingly talks about a person's experiences, but on a deeper level, it actually exposes a person's operating system, especially for books like this biography; after reading, we should learn:

How does he judge people?

How does he handle conflicts?

How does he face failures?

How does he allocate attention?

How does he understand responsibility?

How does he retain options amid chaos?

From this book, we can understand the path CZ took, and we can see his values and thoughts, so after reading this book, we will have a richer understanding of the development of Binance and the principles of CZ himself and under his leadership.

So we know why @heyibinance constantly emphasizes responsibility, never evading problems, and putting user interests first as part of their cultural gene.

If these things are just slogans, they are very light.

But if they have been repeatedly executed through crises, growth, regulation, misunderstandings, and pressures, they become deeply ingrained in the founder's essence, then they will slowly turn into a true organizational cultural gene.

So after I finished reading, the first thing I did was write some of these principles into my own principles database.

The second thing was that I bought 100 binancecoin:native

This is not an investment advice, nor is it because of a short-term price signal.

It feels more like a confirmation of the "operating system" behind a person, a company, an organizational culture, and a long-term asset after reading a book.

Just today, binancecoin:native pulled up to around 666.

Of course, this number isn't important in itself, I just feel that it is a good affirmation of my judgment from above!

Thank you @cz_binance @heyibinance

Thank you @binance @binancezh
