The co-founder and CEO of Anchorage stated that the industry is expected to become a trillion-dollar market. The new service provides AI agents with verifiable transaction identities, preset spending limits, authorizations and policies, and auditability features to maintain compliance. Google Cloud will provide an intelligent layer that allows AI agents to "discover, negotiate, and coordinate" with each other.
