PANews May 5 news, according to Cointelegraph, Elon Musk has agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle the allegations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding his failure to properly disclose his increasing Twitter holdings in 2022.

It is reported that Musk did not admit to the allegations. Previously, the SEC charged Musk with failing to timely disclose that his stake had surpassed 5% during the acquisition of Twitter shares in 2022.
