PANews May 2 news, Hyperliquid announced that Outcome Markets (HIP-4) has launched on the mainnet, currently as a functionally limited initial version. Outcome Markets is a fully collateralized contract that settles within a fixed range, suitable for scenarios like prediction markets and range options, without involving leverage or forced liquidation mechanisms. The primary phase goal is to validate the technical implementation.

The first launched market is a daily cyclic binary Outcome contract, which will settle daily at 06:00 (UTC) based on the BTC reference price on Hyperliquid. The official stated that more features and market types will be rolled out in phases, and community feedback is welcome.
