Nuva was co-incubated by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs , positioned as a self-custody RWA market connecting asset issuers with users, allowing users to deposit USDC to receive tokens representing shares called nvAsset , with yields reflected in the token price. The first batch will offer nuYLDS and nuHELOCs products based on Figure Technologies on-chain assets, corresponding to SEC registered yield-generating stablecoin YLDS and over $16 billion in issued home equity loan assets. Nuva also plans to issue NUVA functional tokens in the future, with specific launch times for the platform and tokens not yet disclosed.
