The two sides reached broad consensus on the implementation of TRON infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan, the ecological expansion of the national stablecoin KGST, and deep cooperation in the fields of AI and blockchain.

President Japarov stated that Kyrgyzstan's goal is to become the regional center for virtual assets and Web3 technology in Central Asia. Justin Sun expressed that comprehensive strategic support will be provided, covering multiple specific proposals including joint development of sovereign large language models, construction of cryptocurrency exchanges, digital banking services, and the establishment of hydropower-driven data centers.
