PANews April 19 news, etherFi posted on platform X stating that its Liquid treasury is currently not directly exposed to the Kelp rsETH event risk, but out of precaution, the LayerZero cross-chain bridging function for weETH and eETH has been suspended until the root cause of the Kelp rsETH event is clarified. Meanwhile, for Liquid (ETH, BTC, USD), sETHFI, and eBTC products, the relevant Teller contracts have been suspended to block the LayerZero OFT bridging path, and the deposit and withdrawal functions for the related assets have also been suspended. Currently, we are closely collaborating with security partners, and updates will be provided promptly after more details are confirmed.
