The previous example tells friends not to easily short (more) "controlled coins," because you do not know the other party's next move. For instance, if a friend sees a significant decrease in the exchange's contract positions and thinks that the whales are exiting, they start to short, but in reality, they do not know how much of the spot position the whales still hold.
If the whales plan to make a swing trade, or intentionally induce shorts (or longs), they will definitely exhibit some confusing behaviors. Therefore, to confirm whether the other party has truly exited, the simplest and most reliable approach is to observe the density of the chips. Especially look at the fluctuations of the on-chain chips.
However, this method often comes too late to capture the meat and at most allows you to sip some soup, as the information gap represents the biggest profit.
