More revelations regarding President Milei and the party that allegedly launched Libra, a token focused on aiding Argentine companies that morphed into a billionaire rugpull, have arisen.

Recently, local newspaper Clarin reviewed a document linking both President Javier Milei and Hayden Davis, CEO of Kelsier Ventures, two weeks before the launch of Libra. The agreement establishes Davis, who was part of the launch of Libra, as a blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) advisor to Milei.

In the document, Davis stated that the proposal included providing “consulting services in blockchain and artificial intelligence to facilitate the understanding, analysis, implementation, and impact of innovative technological solutions, contributing to taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the digital economy in Argentina.”

While there is no mention of Libra, it establishes a relationship between the Argentine government and Kelsier Ventures two weeks before Libra’s token generation event, a link unacknowledged by President Milei until now.

Maximiliano Ferraro, former president of the congressional commission that investigated Libra and called to probe Milei for misconduct last year, stated that this document proves Libra “was not casual nor isolated” and that there was a formal and direct relationship between Hayden Davis and Milei.

He stated:

The President lied to Congress and the Argentine people, and signed confidential agreements with national and international fraudsters, without evaluating or being cautious about the responsibility that comes with the presidential office.

Ferraro insisted that this evidence should help move the case forward in national courts. “Congress did its part. Now courts must do theirs,” he concluded.
