Not long ago, I mentioned that after the age of 25, one should not engage in deliberate exercise. Many people do not understand what deliberate exercise means, so let me explain:

Deliberate exercise refers to purposeful exercise, such as working out to lose weight, sculpt muscles, or enhance cardiovascular function, especially long-distance running, which can be quite taxing on the body.

When I say not to engage in deliberate exercise, I do not mean to avoid exercise altogether. Rather, I mean that one should not exercise against their body's feelings. If you feel tired and want to rest, then do not force yourself to exercise. Do not push yourself or set any plans. When your body needs to exercise, it will let you know, and you will naturally feel the urge to go out and be active. If you feel lazy and do not want to move, then just lie down, as that feeling of laziness is a signal that your body needs to recover.
