After reading the tweets from Lao Wu and Feng Mi, I really felt a lot. Trust is the most lacking and the most precious thing in this industry. In the past few days, I have been helping a few friends deal with some aftermath issues. One of the core members of our team and a long-time friend has caused the team to fall apart due to issues of interest.

Coincidentally, there is another team that, at the beginning, communicated all the terms well, owed several contracts, and bound many friends. When no money was made, everyone was helping, but when money was really made, the founder took the fruits for himself, while others received almost nothing. It was precisely because of trust that these core developers left their homes and worked for two years, only to end up in such a situation.

In the face of money or interests, the hardest test is trust, or rather, most people's trust has a price. When this price does not touch their emotions, trust can be established.

1⃣ Trust = Companionship

Building trust is a long-term process, one that involves experiencing hardships together over time, reaping the fruits of labor, and the result of working together for a long time. Therefore, trust is also a form of companionship.

Companionship may be the most reliable form of "investment" I can think of. The returns may not be very high, but it is indeed very effective. Because of companionship, I have also gained a lot of trust and good friends, and companionship is the most authentic portrayal of my experience since I joined Twitter. I hope to be by the side of all my friends.

You can find me here whenever you need, and I hope my companionship can help reduce some of your confusion.

In reality, companionship is not just talk; it runs through my entire life, whether with family, friends, or partners.

2⃣ Step Out = A Broader World

Last month, I was chatting with friends and mentioned that I have been in Singapore for two years, and only a small amount of money was earned because I came to Singapore. I jokingly said that if I were in Shanghai, I would have "earned" more money due to lower costs. But do I regret coming to Singapore? Not at all.

Although coming to Singapore has not directly made me money, it has given me many experiences that I never had in Shanghai, friends I might never have met in Shanghai, a broader understanding, and even immense joy. Moreover, as I accumulate experiences in Singapore, the opportunities to make money are increasing.

Compared to my time in Shanghai, I have made significant improvements both psychologically and physically. I stepped out of my previous comfort zone, which has also established a new comfort zone. I often encourage my friends around me; it doesn't mean you have to go abroad or move, but rather to step out of your inherent understanding. The world is vast, and every step you take will yield more rewards.

3⃣ Trade-offs = Letting Go

Trade-offs are like stop-losses in trading; although it seems like a loss, if you continue to hold on, you might lose even more. Many friends say that maybe if I hold on, I can turn losses into profits. This is indeed true, and I have had such experiences and have succeeded a few times. However, I found that once I develop this habit, it turns into a gamble, and the final result is liquidation.

Life is the same. Although adults do not make choices, most of the time, we still face many choices. No one knows how different the results will be from choosing or not choosing. When it's time to let go, you must let go. Letting go is not giving up; it is preparing for the next "challenge."

Letting go means that you can gain. This is what the elders say. For me, letting go means shedding more negative emotions. Anxiety, unease, and jealousy are what I most want to let go of, even a kind of obsession.

The way of trade-offs lies in looking at the long term. For example, I have let go of the anxiety brought by short-term trading and instead focused more time on learning, living, entertaining, and even writing. What I gain is long-term benefits, which can be positive, like $BTC, or negative, like $DOT.

For friends, spend more time together and be more tolerant. When things get tough, let go when it's time. When you're free, go out for a walk; you might gain more.
