SpaceX’s last bitcoin (BTC) shuffle came just a month ago, and on Nov. 26, 2025, at block 925338, the company shifted another $106.14 million in BTC. The move was spotted by Sani, the operator of timechainindex.com, whose timechain bot caught the activity. “SpaceX coins on the move,” Sani wrote while sharing an image from the bot, which stated:

“A 1,163 BTC transaction From ‘SpaceX’ to ‘Coinbase Prime Custody and Unknown Entities’ has been broadcasted at block 925338.”

The funds have since landed in two wallets holding 399 BTC and 764 BTC, with the onchain fee clocking in at 13,675 sats, or $12.36. Elon Musk’s SpaceX sent 281 BTC to an unknown wallet last month, leaving observers wondering whether these coins are simply being reshuffled or quietly positioned for a sale. SpaceX isn’t required to disclose any sales until the close of the fourth quarter to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

  • Why did SpaceX move bitcoin again?
SpaceX shifted 1,163 BTC across two wallets, continuing its pattern of periodic onchain activity.
  • How much bitcoin was moved in the latest transaction?

  • Where did the funds end up?
The bitcoin now sits in two wallets holding 399 BTC and 764 BTC.
  • Has SpaceX explained the purpose of these transfers?
SpaceX has not commented, and it does not need to disclose any potential sales until the end of Q4 to the SEC.
