When will Theo's TGE be?
@Theo_Network officially announced the new thBILL Pendle market today, which will expire on February 19, 2026.
Many friends want to buy some PT to take a gamble.
No rush, let me share my analysis first.
▌First.
From the product roadmap, Theo has been warming up the second RWA product thGLD (interest-bearing tokenized gold fund) for a long time.
Theo will not hastily conduct the TGE until thGLD successfully launches and reaches a certain scale of TVL.
Currently, Theo is already the 9th largest RWA asset issuer globally, and with just the thBILL product, it has climbed to the second largest RWA protocol on Arbitrum within three months.
If thGLD can replicate the success trajectory of thBILL, Theo will no longer be just "another tokenized government bond project," but rather an RWA infrastructure platform with diversified asset portfolio capabilities.

From the market window perspective, it is indeed not the best time for TGE right now.
The listing performance of MON has sounded the alarm for all projects. In a bear market environment, even high-quality projects may face liquidity issues.
Projects like Theo, which require significant support for high valuations (raising $20 million), need to wait for market sentiment to improve.
Therefore, my judgment is that Theo's TGE timeline depends on three key milestones:
- thGLD launches and reaches a certain TVL scale
- Overall market sentiment improves from the current sluggish state
- Completion of integration with leading exchanges
The best buying point may be some time after the launch of thGLD.
At that time, the product matrix will be complete, market expectations will be clear, and it will be a better time to participate.
