Bitmine disclosed its ethereum position now stands at 3,629,701 tokens as of Nov. 23, lifting the company’s combined crypto and cash total to $11.2 billion. The digital asset treasury (DAT) firm had the spotlight to itself on Monday, especially since Strategy, the world’s largest BTC DAT, stayed quiet and didn’t announce any fresh additions of its own.
According to Monday’s disclosure, Bitmine’s holdings include 3.63 million ETH valued at $2,840 each, 192 bitcoin, an $800 million unencumbered cash reserve, and a $38 million stake in Eightco Holdings labeled under its “moonshots” category. Over the past week, the company accumulated 69,822 ETH, bringing its share of the ethereum supply to roughly 3%.
The company noted that the Made in America Validator Network, its upcoming staking infrastructure initiative, is expected to launch in early 2026. Bitmine described the project as a step toward supporting its long-term accumulation strategy.

Bitmine said it remains the largest ethereum treasury globally and the second-largest overall corporate crypto treasury, behind Strategy Inc., which holds 649,870 bitcoin. Leadership cited recent market softness and declining liquidity since Oct. 10 as factors weighing on ether’s price, with the report referencing an anticipated downside to the $2,500 range.
The announcement also highlighted the firm’s trading profile. Bitmine said its stock has averaged $1.6 billion in daily dollar volume over the past five days, placing it among the 50 most traded U.S.-listed equities, between Mastercard and Palo Alto Networks.
The company additionally referenced ongoing regulatory developments, pointing to the GENIUS Act and the SEC’s Project Crypto as notable shifts in the financial policy environment. Bitmine will hold its annual shareholder meeting at the Wynn Las Vegas on Jan. 15, 2026.
