Ondo Finance, a firm developing tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), and Chainlink, a blockchain data-verification provider, disclosed on Oct. 30, 2025, that they will work together to expand institutional access to onchain markets.
Under the agreement, Chainlink becomes Ondo’s official oracle provider, supplying price and event data for tokenized stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The partnership also establishes Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol, or CCIP, as the preferred framework for financial institutions moving assets between blockchains.
According to the release published on Thursday, both companies said they will cooperate on projects with banks and asset managers seeking to use blockchain for settlement and reporting processes. The release further noted that Ondo’s Global Markets platform lists more than 100 tokenized assets, with about $300 million in total value locked (TVL).
The team detailed that the integration of Chainlink’s data infrastructure will standardize pricing and corporate-action tracking across supported networks. The release noted that Chainlink will provide customized price feeds that include information on dividends and other company events.
The arrangement also links Ondo to Chainlink’s corporate-actions initiative, which involves participants such as Swift, DTCC, and Euroclear. The goal is to develop standardized mechanisms for handling tokenized securities and related market data.
Executives from both firms said the integration reflects a broader shift toward institutional tokenization. Ondo’s technology supports token issuance across ten blockchains and more than 100 applications, while Chainlink’s oracle network secures data flows used in decentralized finance (DeFi) and traditional finance (TradFi) markets.
“The tokenization of real-world assets is a fundamental shift in how global markets operate,” Sergey Nazarov, the co-founder of Chainlink remarked. “Ondo’s deployment of tokenized stocks using Chainlink showcases what institutional-grade tokenized stocks look like in production.”
