BNB Chain Brings $3.8 Billion CMB Money Market Fund Onchain

BNB Chain has teamed up with CMB International Asset Management (CMBIAM), a subsidiary of China Merchants Bank, to tokenize one of Asia-Pacific’s best-performing institutional funds, the CMB International USD Money Market Fund, bringing $3.8 billion in assets onchain.

The initiative, supported by DigiFT and Onchain, introduces the CMBMINT and CMBIMINT tokens, representing shares of the fund now deployed on BNB Chain. Accredited investors can subscribe using fiat or stablecoins and redeem holdings in real time via DigiFT’s smart-contract-based liquidity management system.

As of October 2025, the CMB International USD Money Market Fund ranked highest in Bloomberg’s Asia-Pacific performance rankings. The Fund maintains stable returns through conservative allocations in USD-denominated short-term deposits and high-quality money market instruments.
