Decentralized artificial intelligence (AI) protocol 0G Labs has officially launched its Aristotle mainnet, marking a major milestone in its mission to make artificial intelligence a public good. The launch, which coincides with the protocol’s token generation event (TGE), propels 0G into full production and positions it as a foundational infrastructure layer for AI-native applications at global scale.
According to a media release, the Aristotle mainnet launch follows rigorous testing on Testnet V3 (Galileo), where 0G surpassed key benchmarks in throughput and finality. With this transition to mainnet, the protocol will now offer a fully operational modular Layer-1 blockchain designed specifically for verifiable AI execution—integrating decentralized storage, compute and data availability into a unified architecture.
The protocol is said to be backed by a robust ecosystem of more than 100 partners including Chainlink, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Coinbase Wallet, Binance Wallet, Metamask, Ankr, Ledger, Fireblocks, and Figment. This coalition spans cloud services, custody providers, decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms and developer tools, ensuring that 0G launches with production-grade support across indexing, SDKs, RPCs, and security.
Michael Heinrich, CEO and co-founder of 0G Labs, emphasized the philosophical and technical significance of the launch:
“Our mission at 0G is to make AI a public good, which involves dismantling barriers, whether geopolitical or technological, and this launch marks a milestone in that journey. Together, we are building the first AI chain with a complete modular decentralized operating system, ensuring AI is not locked away in Big Tech silos but made available as a resource for everyone.”
The launch is further bolstered by strong financial backing. 0G Labs has raised $35 million across two equity rounds, while the 0G Foundation secured an additional $30 million through AI node and token subscription sales earlier this year—underscoring global demand for decentralized intelligence infrastructure.
With the Aristotle mainnet now live, 0G is poised to redefine how AI is built, accessed, and scaled—offering a transparent, verifiable, and inclusive foundation for the next generation of intelligent applications.
