Final completion of a €2.2 million capital increase at €2.24 per share, fully subscribed by Adam Back (announced 18 Aug 2025), enabled acquisition of 21 BTC for €2.1 million. A separate Accelerated Bookbuilding at €1.55 per share raised €58.1 million (announced 16 Sep 2025) and funded 530 BTC purchases for €52.6 million. The company conservatively integrated potential BSA/OCA-related shares into its fully diluted basis, stating future exercises will not increase that basis.
