SEOUL, Sept. 18 — Korea Blockchain Week’s flagship conference KBW2025: IMPACT will bring senior U.S. government officials, global investors, and AI and robotics innovators to Seoul on Sept. 23–24 to discuss the latest developments in Web3.

Organizer Factblock released the full agenda Tuesday, outlining more than 130 sessions across four stages—Sui, Stable, 0G, and BDACS Woori Bank Institutional—with over 300 speakers. The program includes keynotes, fireside chats and panel discussions.

A headline session, “American Bitcoin: The Future of Mining,” will feature American Bitcoin co-founders Donald Trump Jr. and Mike Ho. World Liberty Financial co-founders Zach Witkoff, Zac Folkman and Chase Herro—partners in the venture launched last year by members of the Trump family—will also appear in a fireside chat.

Washington officials will weigh in on digital asset policy. Patrick Witt, executive director of the White House Digital Assets Advisory Council, and deputy director Harry Jung are scheduled for “Fireside: The White House Council on Digital Assets.” Caroline Pham, acting chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, will join a panel on shifting global crypto regulation.

Sessions on Digital Asset Treasuries (DAT) are set to draw attention, including a fireside with Bitmain chairman Tom Lee and a keynote from TON Strategy co-founder Manuel Stotz. Another panel, “Beyond Bitcoin Treasuries: How DATs Are Going Institutional,” will feature venture capital firms and CEOs of listed companies.

AI and blockchain convergence will be highlighted with 0G Labs CEO Michael Heinrich presenting onchain AI infrastructure, Sahara AI CEO Sean Ren discussing “Is Crypto AI Dead?”, Gaia CEO Matt Wright on “The Rise of Agentic AI”, and Peaq co-founder Leonard Dorlöchter on robotics use cases in “Robots. Onchain.”

Cultural programming will include performances by K-pop artist KIIRAS at the Stable Stage on both days.

All 12,000 tickets for KBW2025: IMPACT sold out Sept. 16, one week ahead of the event, underscoring strong demand.

“KBW2025: IMPACT is a bridge between Washington’s policy leadership and Seoul’s technological innovation,” said Factblock CEO Seon-ick Jeon. “It will be a forum to explore new possibilities for Web3 through the synergy of AI and blockchain.”
