The fund seeks to track the Gapstow Private Credit and Alternative Income Index (GLACI) before fees and expenses and mirrors the firm’s existing ETF strategy (HYIN). CRDT offers T+0 settlement for subscriptions, T+2 for redemptions, a $25 minimum, and will be tokenized on both Ethereum and Stellar at launch, aiming to combine daily liquidity and onchain transparency with access to private credit and alternative income through investments in CEFs, BDCs and REITs. Wisdomtree says the product targets crypto‑native diversification without sacrificing regulatory rigor, while warning investors of the usual risks associated with alternative credit, including credit, liquidity and real‑estate exposures.
