Headquartered in Canada, the solana ( SOL) treasury firm currently lists its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker HODL. That will soon change: its Nasdaq debut will carry the new symbol STKE. The company will also cease trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, as management confirmed that existing holders there will be transitioned automatically. As of press time, SOL Strategies reports a market capitalization of $167 million. Formerly operating under the name Cypherpunk Holdings, the firm rebranded to reflect a concentrated focus on the Solana blockchain and crypto asset SOL. Its current treasury reserves (both held and staked) include 435,064 SOL, valued $120 million. The STKE shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
