Demchak stated the partnership accelerates the bank’s ability to deliver innovative crypto solutions, citing growing demand for streamlined digital asset access on trusted platforms. Coinbase Institutional head Brett Tejpaul emphasized PNC’s market leadership and highlighted how Coinbase’s tools will help PNC develop a scalable, secure digital assets business. Neither company disclosed a timeline for service availability.
