Semler Scientific’s Bitcoin Investment Yields 26.7% YTD Return

Semler Scientific (Nasdaq: SMLR) has bolstered its bitcoin reserves by purchasing 185 BTC for $20 million between May 23 and June 3, 2025. This acquisition raises the company’s total bitcoin holdings to 4,449 BTC, valued at approximately $472.9 million based on current market prices.

The company funded this purchase through its at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program initiated on April 15, 2025, from which it has raised $136.2 million by selling 3.54 million shares.

So far, Semler Scientific has achieved a 26.7% year-to-date yield on its bitcoin investments, highlighting the effectiveness of its strategy to integrate bitcoin into its treasury operations.

This move further strengthens Semler Scientific’s view of bitcoin as a strategic asset, underscoring its commitment to leveraging alternative assets for shareholder value.
